SHARE Food Pantry Order Form

Please fill out the form below to order groceries from SHARE’s Food Pantry. We will pack up your groceries for you and ask you to come to pick them up at a designated day and time.

In addition to checking the items on the list that you want, please be sure to give us any additional information about your wants, needs, allergies, or other special dietary considerations.

NOTE that we sometimes have dog and cat food. We have a small market area where you can choose additional items. The pet food is available there.

Once we receive your order, we will give you a day and time for pickup. This will be done via email or phone. Please be sure to check your email (and SPAM) for confirmation. Please do not come for your groceries until we have contacted you.

SHARE’s pantry is now using the SWAP System to categorize food in terms of its nutritional value. You can learn about SWAP HERE. Note that any food item on the pantry list that has an RED dot beside it, means it is high in sodium, sugars, or fats and it is recommended that you choose these sparingly. Those marked YELLOW are more nutritionally sound; choose sometimes.  Those marked GREEN are foods to choose often.  Please consider this when placing your order.
